Our warehouse is closed on the following dates: Monday 25th, and 26th December 2018 and Monday 02nd January 2018. Please note that during this time we anticipate a high volume of orders, and our warehouse team will be working as hard as they can on their return to ship your orders out. Please bear with us during this period, shipping may take a little longer than usual.
AUSTRALIAN & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Orders are dispatched within 48 business hours from our Adelaide warehouse (always quicker when we can). Once orders leave our warehouse, they are in the trusty hands of Australia Post & DHL and are out of our control. If you have selected a tracked delivery option, you will not only receive your tracking number from us but updates from Australia Post too. Win. So please, double check that your email is entered correctly at the checkout.

- We handle returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation. Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full minus shipping costs. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. Refund payments may take up to 7 business days to be received. Refunds are made at the discretion of Happy Way.

- All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package – the value is the retail cost. Happy Way can’t mark any package(s) as a “Gift” in order to avoid customs and duties fees.
- Please note: on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion. Out of our control, sorry!

- Orders can’t be shipped via an expedited shipping method, such as Next Day or 2-Day.
- You should hopefully receive your order within 10-15 business days from the ship date.
International Airmail doesn’t have tracking. Happy Way Pty Ltd won’t be held responsible for packages that don’t reach their destination.
International Express Courier does have tracking and is a registered courier service.
