Vegan Black Bean Chocolate Cookies

Santa's cookies 🍪🎅🏻 healthy vegan makeover 🍪 made with black beans, almond milk, cacao and @happywayau choc pea protein powder for a boost of protein to keep him going all night to deliver presents 😜 🎁

1 can of black beans /1/2 cup of raw cacao powder
1/3 cup of coconut sugar
1 tbsp of coconut oil
1 tbsp of peanut butter
1 tbsp of @happywayau protein powder
2 tbsp of almond milk
1 tbsp of flour (gf/wholewheat)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla paste
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of salt

1. Rinse the black beans and add all the ingredients in a food processor
2. Mix well until it becomes a thick mousse
3. On a baking tray with baking paper spoon a dollop of the cookie batter and flatten with a fork or spoon to shape as cookies

4. Cook for 12-15 min at 150 degrees Celsius and leave to cool down on a tray.
5. Enjoy!
