2 Scoops of Coffee flavour Happy Way Protein
1/2 Cup Almond Butter
1/2 Cup of Rice malt Syrup (or honey!)
1 Cup of instant oats (flaked oats)
1 Espresso Shot
1/2 Cup Crushed Almonds
Add everything into a bowl and mix with a spoon!
Once mixed, roll the mixture into small bite sized balls.
Roll the balls into the crushed almonds and set aside.
Place into the fridge for 1 hour and then EAT!
